At Labyrinthos Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aesthetic apparel; if your purchase doesn't fit your journey, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and mystical insignias are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
